What a great last week of October it has been for Dowell Athletics!  Volleyball Teams worked well together to achieve victories in all games vs. Johnson.  Football Teams team up to win 3 of 4 games vs. Johnson this week and our 8th Gold Team inter-squad game was a thriller!  Energy level is high throughout the building.

This week, our MISD Athletic Word of Character was “Accountability”.  Coaches talked about responsibility, trust, following through with a given task.  Our Athletes of the Week are: Olivia Tarsi, Skylar Struck, Weston Castleberry, Trent Clark, Josh Kim, Hayden Osborn, Justin Kelly, Isaiah Navarro, Kyrah Hendrix and Josie Cowley. Dowell Spirit Champions this week are: Litzy Rodriquez of the DMS Cheerleaders and Piper Lamar of our DMS Spirit Squad.
