Dr. Kriesel-Hall began her career with MISD five years ago as the Bilingual Instructional Specialist at Earl H. Slaughter Elementary. She also served as Assistant Principal at Earl H. Slaughter Elementary for four years. Her teaching career began in Omaha, Nebraska for the Millard School District and she also taught for Olathe Public Schools in Kansas. Dr. Kriesel-Hall received her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Iowa. She later completed her degree in Elementary Education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha where she was selected as a graduate student as part of the CADRE Program. She completed her master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Most recently, Dr. Kriesel-Hall completed her doctorate in Educational Administration at the University of North Texas. She resides in McKinney with her husband, two daughters, two dogs, and a fish.
